Rural residents often drown.

People in country areas are nearly three times more credible to deluge than those who live in cities, a late Canadian study finds. This may be because rustic residents are more likely to be around open water and less right to have taken swimming lessons, according to the researchers at St Michael's Hospital in Toronto tabs. Their findings - from an dissection of drowning incidents in the country of Ontario between 2004 and 2008 - appeared recently in the International Journal of Aquatic Research and Education.

A flash turn over by the St Michael's researchers found that most drowning incidents take place in open places, such as outspoken water, recreation centers or parks.
